You retain ownership of the content you submit, post, or display on TheAlphaOnes. By posting, you give us permission to use, display, and promote it — purely for the sake of showcasing your work and improving our platform.

We won’t claim ownership, but we need rights to show your content (for example, in feed previews or project showcases).

5. Our Content

Unless otherwise stated, everything on TheAlphaOnes — from the codebase and UI to the brand identity and documentation — belongs to us. You may not reuse or redistribute our materials without explicit permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or do anything harmful to our community or platform.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated terms.

8. Disclaimers

We are still in development. Services may be experimental or unstable. You use them at your own risk.
